1) Adult advanced cancer patients aged 20 years or older (metastatic or recurrent patients)
2) Cancer patients admitted to the oncology ward or palliative care unit within the relevant research institution
3) Patients who can agree to the informed consent to participate in the study
1) Patients unable to participate in the study due to brain metastasis, meningeal metastasis, cerebral infarction, etc.
2) Patients who have previously been diagnosed with mental illness other than delirium (dementia, etc.)
3) Excluding terminal cancer delirium: death within 15 ± 5 days after the onset of delirium, terminal care status (a condition in which medications and tests for correcting the cause and controlling symptoms are no longer performed; those with cognitive problems or psychiatric problems that make it difficult to participate in the study)
