Patients without exclusion criteria among adult (20 years old or older) patients admitted to intensive care units of four university hospitals during the study period.
-Patients who have given written informed consent.
- Patients with psychological diseases
- Delirium patients within 24 hours after admission to the intensive care unit
- Patients with RASS -4 or -5 during ICU stay
- Patients transferred to general wards within 24 hours of admission to the intensive care unit
- Comatose patients due to cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage
- Patients unable to communicate due to vision or hearing loss
