- •1\.Newly diagnosed cases of hypothyroidism.
- •2\. Patients with primary and subclinical hypothyroidism .
- •3\. patients who can take medicines orally .
Exclusion Criteria
- •Drug induced hypothyroidism .
- •Patients with ischemic heart disease , uncontrolled Hypertension , uncontrolled Diabetes.
- •Active malignant disease .
- •pregnant ladies and lactating mother.
- •patient with secondary Hypothyroidism.
