Exclusion Criteria

Major psychiatric morbidity, current or history of, e.g. psychosis, substance misuse or dependence [other than alcohol, nicotine], clinically significant abnormality on physical examination or investigation, pregnancy or breast-feeding. taking disulfiram, acamprosate or naltrexone.
