入选标准
- •Age: 18 to 6o years
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA-PS) I and II
- •Surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal tube insertion
排除标准
- •ASA physical status more than 2
- •Anticipated Difficult airway as assessed by a Mallampatti grading score (MPG ) greater than 2
- •Oesophageal pathology
- •Oral or oropharyngeal or larngopharyngeal or laryngeal anatomic abnormalities or diseases
- •Bleeding disorders
- •Risk of aspiration (full stomach, bowel obstruction, pregnancy, gastroesophageal
- •reflux disease [GERD], and diabetic gastroparesis)
- •Emergency surgery
- •contraindication for CP (suspected cricotracheal injury, active vomiting, and unstable cervical spine injuries)
