Inclusion Criteria

Indication for TURP surgery
BMI 25 to 30
Satisfaction to perform TURP surgery
40 to 75 years old

Exclusion Criteria

Patient dissatisfaction
Brain lesions
Infective problems, such as cellulitis at the injection site
Motion sickness
Thrombocytopenia
Sepsis
Taking anti-coagulant medication
Coagulation disorders
Taking NSAID
Taking androgen drugs
Liver cirrhosis
Contraindications for receiving adrenaline and neostigmine
Mitral valve stenosis and aortic valve stenosis
low blood pressure

Primary Outcome Measures

Pain during and after TURP surgery. Timepoint: 15 minutes after injection and 6-12 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).
