1 Patients having confirm diagnosis of pregnancy .
2 Patients presenting the classical symptoms of
Garbhini chhardi.
3 Patients presenting with symptoms of Emesis
Gravidarum.
4 All patient diagnosed with Chhardi during first
trimester (both primigravida and multigravida).
1 Patients with Hyperemesis Gravidarum.
2 Patients with Hemoglobin less than 8gm%.
3 Vomiting caused due to any medical and surgical condition.
4 Vomiting caused due to systemic disorders like acid peptic ulcer,
appendicitis, cholecystitis etc.
5 Patient with PIH (Pregnancy induced hypertension), GDM (Gestational
Diabetes Mellitus) and High-risk pregnancies (Molar pregnancy, Ectopic
pregnancy).

Name Time Method 1 To evaluate the efficacy of Matulungadi Avaleha in comparison to Tab. Doxinate in the management of Garbhini Chhardi w,s.r to emesis gravidarum. <br/ ><br>2 Improvement in subjective and objective criteria of patient.Timepoint: follow up after 21 days <br/ ><br>

Name Time Method 1 To study the garbhini chhardi in different ayurvedic texts & correlate with emesis gravidarum. <br/ ><br>2 To assess improvement in signs & symptoms such as anorexia,nausea,vomiting etc as per assessment criteria. <br/ ><br>3. to find out an ayurvedic approach for the management of garbhini chhardi. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Follow up during the treatment- will be on 8th day, 15th day, 21st day. <br/ ><br>
