入选标准
- •1. Patient giving consent for the study
- •2. Patient willing to have USG- whole abdomen with pelvic region before and after study
- •3. Amenorrhea of 3 months
- •4. PCOD with USG of Polycystic ovarian morphology seen on Ultrasound abdomen following Rotterdam diagnostic criteria
排除标准
- •1. Age group below 15 years and above 40 years
- •2. Diagnosed case of PCOD with scanty menses or profuse menses
- •3. Pregnant women and lactating women
- •4. Patient pursuing other treatment/ Hormone Replacement Therapy and are not willing to leave it
- •5. Severe systemic illness
- •6. History of Metformin or Oral Contraceptive Pills within 1 month of enrollment
