入排标准
入选标准
- •All adult patients more than 18 yrs giving valid informed consent and scheduled for elective cardiac surgery
排除标准
- •a)Patient with any history of pre-existing abnormal rhythm on ECG.
- •b)Age <18 yrs.
- •c)Patients with permanent pacemakers
- •d)Patient Refusal.
- •e)Patients undergoing emergency cardiac surgery.
- •f)Patients undergoing complex or combined cardiac surgery. e.g. aortic surgeries, combined valvular and CABG procedures, etc. g) Patients with LVEF <50%.
- •g)Patients with preexisting renal disease (preoperative raised Serum Creatinine more than 1.2 mg/dl).
- •h)Anticipated Difficult Airway on preoperative assessment. (Restricted mouth opening less than 3 cm, Mallampatti Grade 3 or more, facial deformities, etc)
