- •Elective surgery under general anesthesia more than 1 hour.
排除标准
- •patients refusing consent
- •emergency cases,
- •ASA III and above,
- •morbidly obese patients,
- •previous adverse response to general anesthesia,
- •patients recieving medications likely to influence the course of anesthesia or hemodynamic response,eg-antipsychotics,
- •hemodynamically unstable patients.
