Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients of both genders, between the age of 16 to 60 years.
  • 2\. Headache lasting from 30 minutes to 7 days in last 30 days with re\-occurrence.
  • 3\. Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria.
  • 4\. Nasya Yogya for group 1
  • 5\. Headache which is pressing, tightening / stretching in nature.
  • 6\. Clinically diagnosed patients of Vatika Shirahshula (Tension headache)

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients known case of migraine and cluster headaches.
  • 2\. Associated with systemic disorders.
  • 3\. Patients with ENT infections.
  • 4\. Nasya Ayogya for group 1
  • 5\. Any pathology involving in eyes
  • 6\. Secondary headache arising due to meningitis, tumor, cervical spondylitis.
