Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Male patients of age between 50 to 80 years.
- •2 Patients having signs and symptoms of Vatastheela (BPH)
- •3 Patients having grade 1 \& grade 2 Prostatomegaly.
- •4 Patients fit for Basti karma
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Age below 50 years \& above 80 years.
- •2 Patients having grade 3 \& grade 4 Prostatomegaly.
- •3 Patients suffering from malignancy, congenital deformities of urogenital
- •tract, chronic kidney disease or any other pelvic pathology.
- •4 Systemic diseases like uncontrolled hypertension (HT) \& diabetes mellitus
- •(DM), tuberculosis (TB),Paralysis, Parkinsonism etc. will be excluded.
- •5 Acute \& chronic prostatitis, prostatic abscess, urethral stricture etc.
- •6 PSA more than 4 ng/ml.
- •7 Patients not fit for Basti karma.
