- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Primary outcome:

This study would reveal the impact of CBT, counseling, and meditation-based yoga, in terms of seizure outcome and changes in seizure frequency over a period of 12 months in coexisting dual diagnosed (DRE with PNES) patients in both groups i.e. epilepsy surgery and usual Anti-seizures medications (ASMs) group.

Timepoint: Baseline (T0), after 10 weeks of Phase-I intervention(T1), Post-intervention of phase-II at 6 months (T2) and 12 months (T3)
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Changes in seizure severity, anxiety, depression, emotional behavior, quality of life, and cessation of PNES,Changes in functional connectivity, changes in epigenetics and metabolomics profile in these patients of Drug-resistant epilepsy with psychogenic non-epileptic seizureTimepoint: Baseline (T0), Before randomization (T1)-Phase-I intervention, Post intervention of phase-II at 6 months (T2) and 12 months (T3)
