Inclusion Criteria

They require orthogenatic surgery
Dietary supplement has not been consumed a month before surgery
Weight reduction or weight reducing medications have not been used for three months before surgery
Have not been used drugs that interfere with the patient's metabolism (thyroid drugs) such as levothyroxin and ...
Do not have any blood and coagulation problems such as anemia and ...

Exclusion Criteria

The prieod of IMF and / or elastic therapy after surgery should be less than 1 week
Patients who develop a systemic illness during the course of the study
History of chronic connective and systemic diseases
Full denture requires bimaxillary surgery
Loses more than 1.5 liters of blood during surgery
Requires Tube OG or NG Tube after surgery
