Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Periodontally healthy patients
  • 2\.Non\-Smoker patients
  • 3\.Current Smoker patients

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients who have undergone any periodontal therapy in the past 6 months.
  • 2\. Patients with any systemic disease and self\-reported psychiatric disorders.
  • 3\. Patients with symptoms of acute illness.
  • 4\. Patients who are on immunosuppressive therapy.
  • 5\. Systemic anti\-inflammatory treatment within the previous 3 months or regular use of specific drugs known to affect periodontal tissues.
