Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Periodontally healthy patients
  • •2\.Non\-Smoker patients
  • •3\.Current Smoker patients

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients who have undergone any periodontal therapy in the past 6 months.
  • •2\. Patients with any systemic disease and self\-reported psychiatric disorders.
  • •3\. Patients with symptoms of acute illness.
  • •4\. Patients who are on immunosuppressive therapy.
  • •5\. Systemic anti\-inflammatory treatment within the previous 3 months or regular use of specific drugs known to affect periodontal tissues.
