Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
  • •2\. Age group of 18\-70 years.
  • •3\.ASA grade I\-III

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient refusal
  • •2\.Pregnant patients
  • •3\.Patient unable to co\-operate with airway assessment (low GCS, Mental retardation)
  • •4\.Patient requiring rapid sequence intubation or fibreoptic tracheal intubation
  • •5\.Patient having upper airway pathologies (Maxillofacial fractures, tumours, prior surgery of head and neck)
