Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Players with experience of minimum 3 years.
- •Players not involved in any kind of structured proprioceptive training within last 6 months prior to start of study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Players with history of any musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and neurological illness in the past 3 months.
- •Players with any major and minor surgery of lower limb in past 3 months.
