- •surgeries of duration 1-6hours

- •Patients with preexisting sore throat,URTI,COPD,Asthma
- •Mallampati score >2
- •Patients undergoing oral/nasal surgeries,thyroidectomy
- •Patients requiring more than one attempt at intubation
