- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Technical success, defined as the successful implantation of a diagnostic ultrasound guided by telemedical assistance of an approved specialist in abdominal ultrasound (DEGUM Level 2).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - Clinical success, defined as the reduction of the time to diagnostic finding<br>- Savings in healthcare costs (e.g. personnel, resources, additional diagnostics such as radiological imaging MRT/CT)<br>- Duration of the ultrasound examination<br>- Number of reduced referrals and transfers to a hospital with maximum or priority care through successful telemedical assistance (especially from Guben to the CTK)<br>- Duration of hospital stay in days <br>- Number of re-examinations from the day of the first examinations to the end of the follow-up<br>- Overall survival and disease-specific survival in days within the follow-up of six months<br>
