- diabetes mellitus
- aged 18 years or more
- diagnosed with one of the following foot problems as a consequence of diabetes:
-- ulcer
-- callus
-- red skin
-- higher temperature on the skin of the foot
-- fissure
-- blister
-- crackle skin
