简要总结
The igel represents a revolutionary advancement in airway management offering a safe and effective alternative to traditional endotracheal intubation. In 2020 Arimanickam conducted a study in the manikin using kings vision video laryngoscope concluded that airway spatula helped in easy and atraumatic introduction of rigid scope into patients mouth and they also hypothesized it can be used to insert laryngeal mask airways .Hence study is designed to monitor the effect of airway spatula for igel insertion
