Inclusion Criteria
Healthy volunteers are taken for the study
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals suffering from Autoimmune disorders (Rheumatoid arthritis), muscular dystrophy, hereditary spherocytosis, sickle cell anemia, hypernatremia, thalassemia, defective prosteretic cardiac valves, acute renal failure, infections like malaria, thrombocytopenia purpura, hypertension, exposure to certain chemical like arsenic and lead, liver and kidney disease, person who is taking drugs like Levodopa, NSAID, quinidine, sulfonamides, sulfurs, hypothyroidism are excluded from the study.
