Inclusion Criteria
1) Patient operated for anorectal surgery.
2) Age group between 18-70 years.
3) Patient of either sex will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patient with critical surgeries.
2) Surgeries in which laxatives are not recommended
3. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes.
4. Patients with co-morbid condition.
5. Patient with malignancy.
6. Immunocompromised patients

Name Time Method To assess the effect of Aragwadha fal majja for bowel regulation for post-operative anorectal surgeries like consistancy of motion, frequency of motion, straining, bloating, pain, P/R bleeding. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Duration 7 days. <br/ ><br>Follow up on PoD1, PoD3 and PoD7.
