Inclusion Criteria
Aged 18 and under 50 years old
Body mass index greater than 35
Patients with ASA grade 1 or 2
Lack of neurological disorders.
Lack of heart disease or lung disease
No addiction
Exclusion Criteria

Blood pressure less than 90 mm Hg

Name Time Method Pain. Timepoint: Every 15 minutes until the patient leaves the recovery and in the department at 6, 12, 18, and 24 hours. Method of measurement: Using the VAS Rating Scale.
