Inclusion Criteria

. AGE: 20 TO 50 YEARS.
. HEALTH STATUS: APPARENTLY HEALTHY VOLUNTEERS (UNDER HEALTH ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE).
. MEN AND WOMEN.
. METHOD OF SELECTION: VOLUNTEERS WITH SIGNED INFORMED CONSENT. (SEE APPENDIX)

Exclusion Criteria

. PREGNANCY.
. SMOKING.
. Amenorrheic women.
. SUBJECT WHO REFER DYSLIPIDEMIA, DIABETES MELLITUS OR METABOLIC SYNDROME.
. SUBJECTS systolic blood pressure> 140 mm Hg and / or diastolic BP> 100 MM HG.
. TEST SUBJECTS IN HEALTH TEST (QUIZ) PRESENTS SCORE UNDER 50 POINTS.
. SUBJECTS WITH LIVER DISEASE HISTORY, HIGH CHOLESTEROL, CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE.
