Inclusion Criteria
1.Elective case for surgery undergo to general anesthesia and receive non depolarizing muscle relaxant
2.Hypertensive patient with SBP < 160 mmHg and DBP < 90 mmHg (stage 1-2 hypertension)
3.ASA II
4.Age > 18 year old
Exclusion Criteria
1.Underlying hyperthyroid or any arrhythmia
2.Patient who receive Beta blocker
3.Pregnancy patient
4.Patient who Body Mass Index; BMI > 35 kg/m2 (morbid obesity)
