Inclusion Criteria

Women between 60 and 70 years of age; non-athletes; with BMI between 18.5 and 29.99 Kg/m2 who agreed to take part in the approved study after signing the consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

Previous lower limb and cervical surgery; degenerative systemic diseases; regular use of muscle relaxants or use at least 3 days before the test; rhabdomyolysis; neuromuscular disease, myasthenia gravis; polymyositis; asymptomatic degenerative or inflammatory joint disease in the hands, wrists, and elbows; tendinitis or tenosynovitis of the wrist extensors or flexors and fingers.
