- •Prediabetic- FBS: 100-125 mg/dl,
- •PPBS: 140-199mg/dl,
- •HbA1C: 5.7-6.4
排除标准
- •History of Hypertension,hyperlipidemia,heart disease, any chronic illness.
- •History of whey protein allergy
- •Inability to excercise
