Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of resistance training at least for 3 times per week for 2 months continuously in the past 6 months
- •2\. Ability to perform single\-leg half\-squat without pain
- •3\. Ability to perform 5 repetitions of half\-squat in 5 seconds with 60% of body weight
Exclusion Criteria
- •A. Any musculoskeletal pain and injuries
- •B. contraindications to resistance training include\-
- •1\. the acute recovery period after surgery
- •2\. gross instability of ankle and knee joint
- •3\. state of unconditional
- •4\. Inflammation
- •5\. Acute or subacute sprains/strains
- •C. contraindications to plyometric training include\-
- •1\. Unstable congestive heart disease
- •2\. Decompensated heart failure
