Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. History of resistance training at least for 3 times per week for 2 months continuously in the past 6 months
  • 2\. Ability to perform single\-leg half\-squat without pain
  • 3\. Ability to perform 5 repetitions of half\-squat in 5 seconds with 60% of body weight

Exclusion Criteria

  • A. Any musculoskeletal pain and injuries
  • B. contraindications to resistance training include\-
  • 1\. the acute recovery period after surgery
  • 2\. gross instability of ankle and knee joint
  • 3\. state of unconditional
  • 4\. Inflammation
  • 5\. Acute or subacute sprains/strains
  • C. contraindications to plyometric training include\-
  • 1\. Unstable congestive heart disease
  • 2\. Decompensated heart failure
