Intravenous nefopam (20 mg) provided better postoperative pain relief and reduced the incidence of nausea and vomiting during the first twenty-four hours after laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery when compared to 50 mg of Tramadol.

- •1. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery paitients
- •2. Elective or emergency surgery
- •3. American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status classification I-II
排除标准
- •1. Recieved analgesic drug or sedative drug within 24 hours preoperatively
- •2. Opiois or alcohol abuse
- •3. High risk for postoperative nausea and vomiting
- •4. Underlying disease: epilepsy, gaucoma, psychiatric problems
- •5. Allergy medications used in research
- •6. Pregnancy or breastfeeding patient
