Inclusion Criteria
•General practices located in Victoria.
•General practices with PenCS software pre-installed.
Exclusion Criteria
•General practices using a different medical software than PenCS.
•General practices that have adopted a quality improvement process for their patients with osteoporosis in the last 12 months.

Name Time Method Proportion of patients appropriately identified with osteoporosis risk factors following RACGP osteoporosis guidelines, as assessed by examination of participant medical records.[4 months after implementation]
