Age 60-69 years with a low to moderate level of physical activity.
The evaluated score by MoCA Test > 24 points (Normal).
Never practiced walking meditation before.
Able to walk without gait aid independently.
Sign an informed consent to attend the study by themselves.
Body Mass Index (BMI) is greater than 30 or less than 18.5.
There is chronic pain in the back or legs while standing or walking with a pain intensity level of more than 6 points as assessed by the Visual Analog Scale (VAS).
Neurological and/or cardiovascular problems that are still uncontrollable, such as after recent surgery or neurological treatment, acute myocardial infarction, acute cardiac arrhythmias, untreated phlebitis, thromboembolism, and untreated neurological/cardiovascular diseases, etc.
Some diseases evaluated by a doctor or physical therapist are contraindications to exercise, such as severe and acute kidney disease, uncontrolled asthma and acute exacerbation of COPD, etc.
Unable to do backward counting of number by 3, or number subtraction by 3, correctly for three counts in five consecutive counts.Drinking alcoholic beverages every day as behavior or within one day before attending the study
