Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged 18 \-40 years
- •2\. Anterior knee pain at least 3 months
- •3\. Was diagnosed patellofemoral pain syndrome from these following criteria
- •3\.1\) KPQ score less than 100
- •3\.2\) Retropatellar pain from this 2 activities: running/jumping, stair climbing, squatting, kneeling, prolonged sitting
- •3\.3\) Pain during compression of patella
- •3\.4\) Tenderness at the aspect of patella from palpation
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnancy
- •2\. LE joint replacement
- •3\. History of gout, RA, osgood\-schlatter disease, or Sinding\-Larsen\-Johansson syndrome
- •4\. History of patellar subluxation or dislocation
- •5\. Previous knee injury
- •6\. Knee inflammation
