Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. over 18 years
  • 2\.A patient with an intertrochanteric fracture who received surgery using a proximal femoral nail with antirotation (PFNA).
  • 3\.Availability of devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers with webcams.
  • 4\.Availability of email and stable internet connection.
  • 5\.Need help/support participating via video call
  • 6\.Can receive consultation via video call Video from doctor 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months

  • 1\.standard care
