Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. over 18 years
- •2\.A patient with an intertrochanteric fracture who received surgery using a proximal femoral nail with antirotation (PFNA).
- •3\.Availability of devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers with webcams.
- •4\.Availability of email and stable internet connection.
- •5\.Need help/support participating via video call
- •6\.Can receive consultation via video call Video from doctor 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months
