Inclusion Criteria
- •Age more than 18 years
- •Patients having bronchial asthma by GINA/ NAEPP guideline
- •Willing to participate and give the consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with active tuberculosis
- •Associated respiratory illness (Ca Lung/PneumonialLRTIlLung abscess etc.)
- •Associated systemic illness like myocardial infarction, unstable angina, renal diseases diabetes
- •mellitus other immunosuppressive diseases
- •Unstable patients
- •non compliant patients
- •Patients in moribund condition
