Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age more than 18 years
  • Patients having bronchial asthma by GINA/ NAEPP guideline
  • Willing to participate and give the consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with active tuberculosis
  • Associated respiratory illness (Ca Lung/PneumonialLRTIlLung abscess etc.)
  • Associated systemic illness like myocardial infarction, unstable angina, renal diseases diabetes
  • mellitus other immunosuppressive diseases
  • Unstable patients
  • non compliant patients
  • Patients in moribund condition
