Inclusion Criteria
Patients with chronic knee pain due to osteoarthritis grade 3 and 4 and, did not respond to conservative treatment for 3 months.
Patients have more than 50% pain relief after diagnostic genicular nerve block.
Exclusion Criteria
Refusal to participate, bleeding disorders, Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension, Allergic to drugs used during procedure
