ASA grade 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
BMI more than 40kg /m2
Chronic pain
Psychiatric illness and inability to comprehend NRS scale
Long term use of opioids
Allergy to local anaesthetics
Previous LSCS or any other surgical scar on lower abdomen
