•Class II/ class I malocclusion
•Patients presented with full permanent dentition (excluding third molars)
•Low to moderate crowding (0-5mm)
•Amendable to non-extraction treatment
•Good oral hygiene and periodontal health.
•No history of previous orthodontic treatment.
•Cleft lip and cleft palate and other craniofacial anomalies
•Patient undergone previous orthodontic treatment
•Patients who need extraction of first premolar in maxillary or mandibular arches.
•Congenital absence of teeth in both maxillary and mandibular arches other than third molars
