1.Patients with healthy oral mucosa with no active caries or periodontal problems,
2. Non â??smoker,
3. Patients with bilateral missing mandibular molar with posterior stop,
4. Adequate bone in term of quality and quantity for placement of implant,
5. With positive informed consent,
6. Availability for follow up,
1.Patient having systemic diseases like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, blood dyscrasias,
2.History of radiotherapy in head and neck region.
3.History of myocardial infarction within 6 months.
4. Patients having parafunctional habits like bruxism, tongue thrust and teeth clenching.
5.Immunocompromised patients.
6. Patient having neuromuscular disorders.
