Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Akut diabetessjukdom, ketoacidos per definition enl diagnos kriterier:
  • •Ackumulation av ketoner p.g.a. insulinbrist. Urin\-ketoner 2\+, P\-Glukos över 15 mmol/l, arteriellt pH under 7,3\.
  • •Män och kvinnor 18 år fyllda som lämnar skriftligt samt muntligt samtycke.
  • •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
  • •Number of subjects for this age range:
  • •F.1\.2 Adults (18\-64 years) yes
  • •F.1\.2\.1 Number of subjects for this age range
  • •F.1\.3 Elderly (\>\=65 years) yes
  • •F.1\.3\.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Pediatriska patienter yngre ån tonår som ej följer samma behandlings pm som vuxna patienter med diabetisk ketoacidos.
  • •Patienter som kräver dialys eller respiratorbehandling på IVA.
  • •Patienter med medvetslöshet vid inklusionen.
  • •Patienter med annan metabol acidos än diabetisk ketoacidos tex metanolförgiftning.
  • •Patienter som är gravida eller ammande.
