- •consenting patients, ASA physical status class 1\-3
Exclusion Criteria
- •non consenting patients, previous nasal surgeries, pregnanat woman, age less than 18 or more than 65, ASA physical status class 4 or 5, known allergies to Local anaesthetic drug, known seizure disorder patients, known cardiac arrythmia patients
