入选标准
- •written and informed consent,
- •patients aged between 20 and 50 years posted for elective surgery under general anesthesia.
- •ASA (American society of anesthesiologists) grade I and grade II
- •pre-operative serum magnesium within normal limits
排除标准
- •Consent refusal
- •ASA grade III and IV
- •Abnormal levels of serum magnesium and serum calcium
- •History of adverse drug reactions to relevant drugs
- •ASA grade III or above
- •contraindication to administration of relevant drugs
- •BMI more than 25 or less than 18
