- •Inclusion criteria
- •adolescent baseball players with scapular dyskinesis
- •pain increasing during participation training or baseball games
- •15° to 20° glenohumeral internal rotation deficit on dominant shoulder
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria
- •history of shoulder surgery
- •fracture in the shoulder and upper extremity
- •excessive instability
- •neurological signs in the upper limbs.
