Inclusion criteria
adolescent baseball players with scapular dyskinesis
pain increasing during participation training or baseball games
15° to 20° glenohumeral internal rotation deficit on dominant shoulder
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria
history of shoulder surgery
fracture in the shoulder and upper extremity
excessive instability
neurological signs in the upper limbs.
