Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Age 40\-69 years
- •2\)Diagnosedis of shoulder periarthritis, subacromial pain syndrome, or rotator cuff tear within 3 months
- •3\)Pain or difficulty in hand\-behind\-back movements
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Pseudoparalysis, complete rotator cuff tear of the subscapularis muscle, or cervical nerve root symptoms
- •2\) History of fracture or surgery of the upper extremity
