Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Group 1\- Hemodynamically stabe patients.
- •Minimum 24 patients of isolated blunt abdominal trauma.(cases)
- •Group 2\- Hemodynamically stable patients.
- •Minimum 24 patients without any evidence of abdominal trauma viz.\-isolated chest trauma or orthopaedic trauma or traumatic brain injury (controls)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Hemodynamically unstable patients
- •Any patients in group 1 if further diagnosed as polytrauma.
- •Any patients in group 2 if diagnosed having associated abdominal trauma; will be excluded from the study.
