Inclusion Criteria
-Healthy children without any systemic diseases that contraindicate for local anesthesia or pulp treatment
-Voluntary under the consent of parents or legally caregivers
-No history of pain killer or any medication that leads to misinterpretation of pain score
-No history of allergic to any components in local anesthetic agents
-Co-operative behavior at the initial visit
Exclusion Criteria
-Behavioral changes which would interfere with pain interpretation during treatment
-Unable to come for the second visit of treatment
