Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•Posted for elective robotic thyroidectomy by robotic assisted breast axillo insufflation (RABIT) technique

Exclusion Criteria

•1\. Patient refusal
•2\. Intra\-operative conversion to open thyroidectomy
•3\. Any pre\-existing anterior neck pain or chronic pain
•4\. Any disease with pre\-existing neurological and neuropathic co\-morbidities
•5\. Inability of the patient to understand any of the scoring systems like numerical rating scale(NRS) or douleur neuropathique 4(DN4\) questionnaire
