Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Follow up of elective endoscopic thyroidectomy by bilateral axillo\-breast approach technique.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patientââ?¬•s refusal
- •2\. intraoperative conversion to open thyroidectomy
- •3\. any pre\-existing anterior neck pain
- •4\. presence of any coexisting chronic pain syndrome
- •5\. the inability of patient to understand numerical rating score(NRS) despite instructions
- •6\. any disease with pre\-existing neurological and neuropathic comorbidities.
