Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Follow up of elective endoscopic thyroidectomy by bilateral axillo\-breast approach technique.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patientââ?¬•s refusal
  • 2\. intraoperative conversion to open thyroidectomy
  • 3\. any pre\-existing anterior neck pain
  • 4\. presence of any coexisting chronic pain syndrome
  • 5\. the inability of patient to understand numerical rating score(NRS) despite instructions
  • 6\. any disease with pre\-existing neurological and neuropathic comorbidities.
