Inclusion Criteria
Patients having periapical lesions larger than 5mm in anterior region of maxilla; patients having 15-30 years of age; patients with necrotic teeth not treated endodonticaly previously; patients should be aware that they are part of a research and should sign the consent.
Exclusion criteria: Patients with any systemic disease.
