Patients with hypothyroidism,
Planned extraction of impacted third molar teeth,
Patients of both genders included,
Patients between 18 and 60 years of age.
Patients who are medically compromised with other systemic disorders,
Patients with bone metabolism is impaired due to other diseases and medications,
ASA III and ASA IV patients,
Patients who have received radiotherapy in the head and neck region in the past,
Patients who smoke or have alcohol dependence,
Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant.
